1Bowl potatoes and peal skins. Hand mash the potatoes and large mixing bowl until no pieces larger than a golf ball.
2Chop eggs and celery until no piece larger than 1/2-3/4 inch.
3Add all ingredients and mix with hand masher or hand blender.
4If using blender, use at low speed - consistency should be lumpy, not creamy.
5If after mixing potatoes seems dry, add 1 heaping tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix.
6Chill for 45 - 60 minutes.

2 Stalks of Fresh Celery
3 Boiled Eggs
1 cup Kraft Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Yellow Mustard
1 cup Dill Relish
.125 # Black Pepper
.025# Iodized Salt
