2Squeeze lemon juice into a small bowl, and whisk in melted butter and olive oil. Whisk in salt, paprika, white pepper, and garlic powder. Split lobster tails lengthwise on the soft side. Brush meat with marinade.
3Place tails, shell side down, on preheated grill. Cook for about 10 (depending on size), basting frequently with marinade.
