Picking out the best type of fish at a supermarket to enjoy on the grill can be quiet a hard task.  You pick that perfect piece of fish and then get home and fire up the grill and the fish that you bought turns out to be the worst type of fish to place on the grill.

  • Description:Salmon is one of the most popular types of fish found in the supermarket and also what people usually pick up when they want to grill. Salmon is classified as an oily fish and also considered to be very healthy due to the high percentage of protein.
  • Why it is this fish perfect for grilling:Because salmon has a lot of oil in it can withstand the heat from the grill and the fish will remain nice and moist. In addition, to the fact that the salmon has a lot of natural oils it will create a slight crispiness on the outside which is perfect. Lastly, salmon has a lot of great natural flavors and does not require a lot of extra flavor loving.
