For my latest barbecue and grilling adventure I am going to be sharing with you a brand new and Grilling with Rich Original Barbecue adventure and recipe: Smoked Brussels Sprouts with Smoked Sausages.
Many of us grew up hating brussel sprouts and being forced to eat them at your parents dinner table, but I recently discovered how amazing they can be and I wanted to start to think how to in-corporate some nice barbecue and smoky flavors into brussel sprouts.
Most of the recipes on-line that deal with brussel sprouts suggest that you roast your brussel sprouts and separately smoke your sausages. Well that wasn’t good enough for me, so after a lot of thinking on my own and also some general research I came up with this amazing dish for the lovers of brussel sprouts out in the universe OR if you just want to try something different for YOUR next barbecue adventure.
