10 Tips to Pair Wine with BBQ
Tip #1 : When eating smoked or grilled foods, choose wines that have been aged in new French oak barrels. The flavors imparted by the barrel—such as baking spices and mocha—will enhance the grilled meat’s caramelized flavor.
